Rock Steady Bar Company is that same experience, brought directly to your event — based in Maitland and serving Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, and the surrounding Central Florida area.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Rock Steady Bar Company carries per-event liquor liability insurance, and our bartenders hold Florida Food Service Worker and Alcohol Seller/Server certifications. We'll provide documentation to your venue on request.
Do you supply the alcohol, or is it BYOB?
It's BYOB — you supply the alcohol, and Rock Steady Bar Company provides the professional bartender, bar setup, tools, mixers, and garnishes. This keeps things simple and keeps costs down for you.
How many bartenders and how much setup space do we need?
Staffing scales with your guest count and package. A single bar station needs roughly a 6x6 ft footprint with nearby power — we'll confirm exact requirements once we see your venue.
Is there a minimum guest count or event size?
Our packages are built for 50+ guests, but reach out regardless of size — we're happy to quote smaller gatherings too.
How far do you travel?
We travel throughout the region for weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Send us your venue location and date and we'll confirm availability and any travel fee.
