Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Rock Steady Bar Company carries annual liquor liability and general liability insurance, and our bartenders hold Florida Food Service Worker and Alcohol Seller/Server certifications. We'll provide documentation to your venue on request.
Do you supply the alcohol, or is it BYOB?
It's BYOB. You supply the alcohol, and Rock Steady Bar Company provides the professional bartender, bar setup, tools, mixers, and garnishes. This keeps things simple and keeps costs down for you.
How many bartenders and how much setup space do we need?
Staffing scales with your guest count and package. A single bar station needs roughly a 6x6 ft footprint with nearby power. We'll confirm exact requirements once we see your venue.
Is there a minimum guest count or event size?
Our packages are built for 50+ guests, but reach out regardless of size. We're happy to quote smaller gatherings too.
How far do you travel?
We serve Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Seminole and Orange County, and Windermere. We'll travel to Tampa or the east coast beaches like Daytona and New Smyrna with a travel fee.
How much does a mobile bartender cost in Orlando?
Our packages run $650 to $1,850 depending on guest count and service level. Every event is dry hire. You supply the alcohol, we bring the bar, the bartenders, mixers, fresh citrus, and garnishes. Custom menus start at our Signature package. Reach out through our event form for an exact quote.
Do you offer mocktails or zero-proof options?
Yes. Every menu can include a zero-proof option, and we build full mocktail menus for events with non-drinkers, kids, or daytime crowds.
Can you match our wedding theme?
Yes. We design custom cocktail names and printed menus around your theme, colors, or story, and our bartenders dress to match your dress code.
How early do you arrive to set up?
We arrive with plenty of buffer before guests do, typically 1 to 2 hours ahead, so the bar is ready and the first pour happens on time.
How many bartenders do I need for 75 guests?
One bartender can handle up to 100 guests with a tight menu. For 75 or more, a second bartender keeps the line short so guests spend the night at the party, not in line.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks out for most events. Weekend weddings and peak-season dates (spring and fall) fill up faster, so 3 to 6 months ahead is safest, but reach out even if your date is close, since we're often able to accommodate last-minute requests.
